I was brought up on the family dairy farm in Brecon, South Wales. I graduated from Harper Adams in 2011 and moved to Exmoor where I qualified as a Fellow of the CAAV and a Registered Valuer with the RICS. Having spent just shy of 12 years as a Land Agent / Auctioneer, the opportunity arose in 2023 to advance my career and join forces with my wife to expand her business and create an all encompassing service for your rural business.

I was raised on the family's beef and sheep farm with our diversification business of self catering holiday lets. After leaving college, I worked on and managed a farm for 9 years. Following this, I took a leap of faith and established my own Farm Administration business in 2017 and built it up to where we are today.

Hatty joined us in 2022, having worked within the agricultural sector for over 15 years - working with livestock and gaining agricultural qualifications.
Having spent 4 years working within a large livestock market office, the opportunity arose for Hatty to join the team, working alongside Sophie with the Farm Administration and Bookkeeping.
